First Course Haggis! Made in Scotland, the real thing, paraded ceremonially through the room
Second Course Cock-a-Leekie Soup
Third Course Scotch Eggs; made with house sausage, with panko crust, on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes and hearty mustard
Fourth Course “Neets and Tatties” House smoked Certified Angus Prime Rib with mashed turnips and smashed potatoes
Fifth Course “Tipsy Laird” Trifle pudding; custard laced with whiskey and raspberries

The Victorians called it High Tea; really its a delicious lunch. Inspired by actual historic menus, enjoy an elegant experience with white linen and silver service under the stained glass ceiling.
