7-10p Colonel Baker’s Ball The highlight of the weekend! Enjoy lively fiddle/banjo playing of civil war and other nineteenth century tunes; dance on the parquet floor. Dinner will feature authentic historic cuisine using famed Chef Escoffier’s recipes. This relaxed five course dinner will transport you back to a time when food, wine and conversation were relished, and savored slowly. We’ll toast the namesake of Baker City and County, President Lincoln’s good friend Edward Dickinson Baker. $60 per person includes a glass of wine. Advance tickets a must.
